Beachcombers Cottage in Paw Paw

Just two hours from either Chicago or Detroit and minutes off I-94 is this beautiful Lakefront home with 60 feet of lake frontage on Three Mile Lake

This charming home has an incredible view of the portion of the lake that is all woods and wildlife and you can see the lake from any window in the house.   A nature lovers paradise!  Master bedroom and bath are on the main level with two additional bedrooms upstairs.  Living area has a large wood burning fireplace for romance  and chilly evenings while you watch the spectacular sunsets.   French doors open to a two level deck with patio furniture and a picnic table. 

Cottage comes completely furnished with small kitchen appliances, Coffee Maker and complimentary coffee is supplied,  dishes, dishwasher, microvave, cable TV, dinnerware, pots and pans, linens, Washer and Dryer are provided.  Gas Grill and a Charcoal grill, campfire pit and some firewood provided,(additional firewood can be purchased)  Basketball hoop, games,  Paddle Boat and Fishing Boat provided.   Pontoon Boat and or Power Boat may be available.  Contact Manager for details.   8 life vests are provided and required by law for anyone in the boats.

Swimming, Fishing, Sunbathing, Sandy beach with gradual slope to deeper Water.  Water Sports on ALL SPORTS LAKE, Public launch site available if you bring your own boat, Basketball hoop. 

Public boat launch, nearby golf courses, winery's, Only 20 minutes to Lake Michigan and State and Local Parks. Resturants and Movie theatre, bowling, shopping within 3 miles. Also 2 Outdoor Drive-in Movie Theatres are nearby.   60 mile long Kal-Haven Trail nearby for walking or bicycle riding (Bring your own).  Horse Back riding stables.  Flea Markets and Ice Cream shops are close by also.  You can pick your own fresh fruit if you choose to, or just buy it at the many local fruit stands.  Don't forget the many County Fairs in the West Michigan area this summer.   Bronson Hospital within 4 miles of cottage
