Special Event/ Holiday/Spring Training $1365/wk- week minimum

3 night minimum required on all other reservations
$1000 fully refundable security deposit to hold reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. 
$150 separate non-refundable cleaning fee.
House will be inspected the day after check out for damage & missing items. Any repair fees will be deducted from the deposit with a refund money order sent within 5 days, in case of damages or missing items over the deposit amount- renters are providing permission to charge credit card on file.
Cancellation up to 15 days prior to check in will cause the 
forfeiture of the 50% of the deposit if the home goes un-rented 
for the same time period. Cancellation 2 weeks or less prior to 
check in will cause forfeiture of the deposit regardless of re-
rental and 2 days rent at the daily rate if un-rented. Refunds will 
be calculated and mailed on the original check in date. Cancellation for Holiday or special events reservations is 60 days- less than 60 days forfeit all deposits.
