Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful two-floor poolside condo with view of Intracoastal Waterway and Hutchinson Island. Fabulously 
decorated Living Room, Dining Room, Master and Second Bedrooms. Passthrough window between kitchen and 
dining room. Large new LCD TV with attached CD and DVD players. Each bedroom has separate bathroom next 
to it. Living room has glass-paneled door to outside furnished modern enclosed screen room. Pool, jacuzzi and 
cabana house are outside the screen room. Parking is right outside front door.  Renters, as well as all residents, 
are not allowed to park trucks, trailers, motor homes or motorcycles any place within the condominium complex.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

King-size master bed, two single beds. Washer,dryer and linen closet. Electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator 
with freezer, microwave and food disposal unit, dishes, all utensils in modern kitchen. Central air, heat with 
digital thermostat.Plenty of parking - no trucks, motor homes or motorcycles permitted. Quiet but friendly 
community.Fishing dock. Close to beach, many great restaurants, large enclosed mall, houses of worship, 
hospitals, libraries, movie theaters, brand-name stores, theatrical playhouse, full service gyms. Palm Beach 
International Airport is about 45-50 minutes away; Orlando International Airport is about 2 and 1/4 hours 
away.

Activities and Attractions

Swimmimng, sunning, waterskiing, surfing,jetskiing, boating, fishing, gym activities, golf, walking and running 
tracks nearby. Professional baseball - spring training stadium for New York Mets. Nightclubbing, theater-going, 
and everthing else you could do up in the North (except snow sports: falling on walkway or driveweay ice, 
getting stuck while driving in deep snow and skidding on black ice) only the weather is much more comfortable 
and usually heavenly.

Vacation Rental Rates

January through March: $2000 per month. Minimum of 2 months rental at any time during the year - 
Condominium Association rules. April or December: $1750 per months. May through November: $1500 per 
month. All rent and Security Deposit of $1000 must be fully paid 15 days in advance and in US dollars. Add one-
time cleaning charge of $75 and one-time condo association rental application fee of $125. Rent includes 
electric, water, cable TV and local telephone charge.
