Great Location, supreme walkability score. Stroll California ave, with its numerous shops and restaurants, local farmers market for crafts & fresh vegetables, french bakery, Safeway & QFC, and community theater. All you might need is within a block, including bus lines for direct routes to downtown, or free shuttle, (corner of Alaska and 42nd), takes you to the walk on Alki water taxi boat to downtown.
Accomodations: This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, property is great for two couples, or families, may sleep a maximum of 8. (See Amenities Section of this listing for details & floor plan description.) Patio deck equipped with gas BBQ, & patio seating for 4.
A few minutes drive to Alki Beach, Lincoln Park & the Puget Sound , & less than 10 minutes away from downtown Seattle, waterfront shops & restaurants on the pier.

Main middle Floor: approx. 550+ sq ft, Kitchen w/ 5 backed swivel stools, Living Room w/ Plasma TV, 2 sofas, one flips out to sleep on/ front access, patio Please note, there is not a kitchen table just a long counter with swivel chairs -as shown in the photos. (There is a high pic nic table on the patio, with 4 swivel chairs as well).
Downstairs Floor: approx 500+ sq ft, direct garage access, bathroom w/ tub, shower, small washer/dryer, den area with one single bed, small couch, internet & plasma tv, & separate 2nd bedroom w/ double bed
Upstairs is the open Loft Mstr Bedroom: approx 450-500 sq ft, views of the sound & mtns, Queen size bed, walk in closet, mstr bath with shower w/ limestone floor, heated tile
Not recommended for elderly due to stairs.
PARKING -Street or Garage Option
Off street parking is available and a pay parking lot across the street.
Garage Option: there is ONE DESIGNATED PARKING STALL in a common garage of 4 townhome owners.

This is your own secure code for your use during your stay, and unlocks the front door, SET FOR YOUR TIME OF CHECK IN, 3P OR AFTER. The front door automatically locks upon shutting. (You may change the code a shorter one if you prefer, instructions included in your Resort Lock Access Email).
If pre-arranged, & upon request, owner may arrange to meet you at location for check in. (subject to the owners' availability).
A garage door clicker is on site for your use, kitchen counter.
