Newer lakefront home located on three private acres on the private side of Lake Anna. The private side enjoys less boat/jet ski traffic and is the quiter and more relaxing side if the lake. Nestled in a very peaceful lake cove setting with wide water views. Ideal for swimming, skiing, boating or just relaxing on the beach. This home is very well-maintained and very clean.

This home is located waterfront on the private side of the lake and has a private beach and a large, rolling green yard. There is a very large deck with a gas grill and an umbrella table. There is additional lounge seating on the deck and extra umbrellas for sun protection, if desired. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets on the deck or beach. The gourmet, eat-in kitchen is large, open and sunny. The home is air conditioned, is fully-supplied and has two ovens for preparing larger meals. Satellite TV, DVD player, 2 car garage, jetted tub in master bedroom. All bedrooms have queen beds with plenty of linens. Washer and dryer.

Lake Anna has excellent fishing and boating including cruising,water skiing or jet skiing. Boats and jet skis are readily available for rental at marinas located only minutes away.

-Kings Dominion, less than an hour away.
- Busch Gardens, historic Monticello and Colonial Williamsburg, Charlottesville and the University of Virginia are a little over a hour away
- Nearby wineries including Lake Anna Winery.
- A 2 hour drive will land you in the nation's capital, Washington, D.C. where the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum along with innumerable other museums and memorials are located to visit and experience. In that same driving time you can visit Luray Caverns.
-Fredericksburg is 30 minutes, Richmond 1 hour, Culpeper 35 minutes, and Warrenton only 55 minutes.
-If you are interested in Civil War History, an abundance can be found nearby. Major battlefields can be found in Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania County and Manassas.
