This studio is on the 6th floor of Beachside II and offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, unforgettable sunsets, and convenient access to the beach.

Don't let the term "studio" fool you. This spacious unit is well equipped, and has been completely renovated with modern upgrades and appointments. This unit boasts granite counter tops and new cabinets in both the kitchen and the bath, stainless steel appliances, and new sinks and fixtures. The furnishings are lush, including a king size bed and queen sleeper sofa.   The building has direct access to the beach and it's own pool.

Should you decide you want the unit, we require $45 processing fee which includes an accidental protection plan.
