This penthouse is unit #372.  The resort is Hotetur Beach Paradise located on the quiet Southern end of the famed Cancun Hotel Zone.  The resort is comprised of 3 towers, each are 10 stories high.

What makes the views from this tower so impressive, is that the building was constructed so close to the water.  So when you look straight out East, it’s like being on a ship!  And when you look up the coast, your vantage point is unencumbered by other structures because this building is closest to the ocean.  On top of this, the views from this amazing space are so omni-present, there is hardly a place you can stand in the condo where there isn’t a terrific view!

The resort is situated on a narrow strip of land with the Caribbean on one side and the bay on the other.  So the view looking back the other direction from this corner unit is also quite impressive.

The resort pool is elevated.  What this means to you is while relaxing poolside, your view of the Caribbean and looking up the coastline is greatly enhanced.  This is further enhanced by the proximity of the pool to the water of the Caribbean.  The private resort beach is just beautiful and often times you will find a game of beach volleyball going on.

One final note: No description of any one unit I rent and manage in Cancun would truly be complete without making special mention of Mike Tejero. I get emails from guests time after time praising him and saying what a difference he made in enjoying their vacation to the fullest, what a great spirit he has, and the compliments go on and on. I am blessed beyond words to know this man. I'm confident that if you stay with us, you will feel the same way.

I'm sure you remember hurricane Wilma in 2005? At the time of this writing, Wilma had the highest winds of any hurricane in recorded history. Furthermore, it parked its epicenter directly over Cancun for over 30 hours before bolting over to Florida to do a bit more damage. My brother and I had just finished renovating the condo we co-own in Cancun when Wilma struck (not the condo you see here). Everything inside was destroyed. Yet had it not been for Wilma, I would have never come to know Mr. Mike Tejero. So I consider Wilma to be one the biggest blessings of my life. And yes, there are also after pictures of after fixing things back up after Wilma struck. What a project!
