The main floor of this classic has a living room, large dining room, a large eat-in kitchen, and 1/2 bath. There is a wrap around front porch that offers a glimpse of the ocean and boardwalk. The rear porch sits off the kitchen, with table and chairs for alfresco dining. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. The house is fully air conditioned with six window units.  The enclosed hot/ cold outside shower is great for showering off after a day at the beach.

• We welcome multigenerational families, and families up to 10 people. Sorry, no student/senior week rentals.  We require one third deposit at lease signing. Security/cleaning deposit of $150 is required and returned within 15 days of departure if the cottage is returned clean and without damage. The cottage is actively managed by the owner; we check the cottage for damage and cleanliness after each rental.
