Enjoy an outstanding vacation property nestled on a beautiful sandy beach on West Bay. How large is the "private" beach you ask? How about 125 feet wide by 35 feet deep.....that's a lot of sand!
This West Bay beach house is a setting for fabulous sunsets! Nearby are wineries, restaurants (one of them is a documented "Haunted House"), beautiful cycling trails, a park with playground, tennis courts, and soccer field. All this in addition to downtown Traverse City, Fourth of July, and Cherry Festival events!
Dare to be different and kayak to the Island (about a mile away)!
Come and get your feet sandy..........come stay with us!
house rental amenities
Interior:
The beach house features 2 bedrooms; one bedroom with a queen bed and the second bedroom has a full size bed. Additional sleeping may be accomodated on the queen size sofa sleeper in the livingroom. There's one full bathroom that includes all of the towels that you could possibly need. The kitchen is very quaint and has all of the cooking supplies and utensils that you'll need. The dining room has a table and chairs and fabulous views of the water, as does the livingroom. The livingroom is very comfortable and open with a natural fireplace, and a beautiful murel above it (locally painted of course), large windows to shine that "spotlight" on the twinkles of the clear blue water.
Exterior:
Nice and private property with direct frontage on West Bay. Not all area of West Bay are sandy, as it depends on the location of the home. With this home.....we struck GOLD! Other exterior features include a "Boat House" with a laundry room and beach chairs galore, a gas grill for entertaining, a deck with tables and chairs that overlooks the water, and the little ones on the beach. A nice firepit is also included on the beach for the evening smore's or for just plain relaxing.
You bring the kids, and we'll provide the beach toys!
