Vacation Rental Description

Pelican's Landing is situated directly on the Indian River Lagoon in  
Sebastian, Florida. Come see the breathtaking sunrises, incredible  
sunsets and bountiful marine and wildlife that can only be  
experienced on the Treasure Coast. The beauty of the Indian River  
hasn't changed since 1903 when Teddy Roosevelt established the first  
National Wildlife Sanctuary, Pelican Island.  Over 100 years later,  
the pelicans, manatees, exotic birds and other indigenous wildlife  
continue to thrive on the Indian River.

The Sebastian River District, with its river view restaurants,  
parks, marinas and shopping are within walking distance or a bike  
ride away from your guest quarters. 
 
Vero Beach is 15 minutes south of Pelican's Landing. The beach in  
Vero offers the Treasure Coast visitors additional restaurants,  
shopping boutiques, art museums and the riverside theater to  
explore.
