This is a stunning, sophisticated, and serene single-family home in the exclusive and upscale "North of Montana" district of Santa Monica. The setting is private and extremely quiet, featuring multi-million dollar homes on beautiful and spacious tree-lined streets. Just a minute away is the famous Montana shopping district (which is the locals' favorite area for many high-end boutiques, restaurants, bars, cafes, frozen yogurt and ice cream shops, movie theatres, yoga and massage studios, etc.).
house rental amenities
The house itself is beautifully maintained and updated, featuring 2 bedrooms and a 3rd room that is set up to work as both a bedroom and an office, 2 full baths, a dining room, a huge, formal living room with fireplace, a full-featured kitchen (including a top-of-the-line Miele stainless steel dishwasher and all the cooking appliances, equipment, and dishes/utensils you could want), and a separate laundry room (with top-of-the-line Bosch front-loading washer and dryer). The home is bright and spacious, with lots of windows and hardwood floors, and it has incredible character that feels warm and comfortable. There is also ample outdoor space with gorgeous landscaping, outdoor seating, and a BBQ. The two main bedrooms have brand new, top-of-the-line king-size beds with luxurious linens (the second bedroom can also be converted to 2 extra-long twin beds, if you prefer), and the office or third bedroom has a luxurious queen sofa sleeper that, unlike most sleepers, is extremely comfortable and based on a patented orthopedic design. The house also has all the amenities that anyone could want (computer with large-screen monitor and high-speed internet access; 50-inch high-definition plasma tv with hundreds of digital cable channels; excellent sound system; parking included in the rental price; free long distance telephone service; etc.). Housekeeping and private therapeutic massage are also available at the guest's option.
