The house's central location also provides easy access to nearby public transportation (the main bus is just 2 short blocks away) and freeways (a 5-minute drive to the 10 or the 405).  In addition to Santa Monica, visitors can easily enjoy the natural beauty, the multitude of attractions, and the wealth of culture (from high to pop to sub!) in all the rest of LA, including the famous Boardwalk in Venice Beach, Hollywood and the Walk of Fame, the renowned Getty and LA Contemporary Art museums, and too many great restaurants and bars and cafes and clubs to count!

Rates generally range from $1995-$2995/week, or $295-$495/night (with a 3-night minimum).
