Harmony Cottage by the Sea in Vancouver Island

Harmony Cottage offers a magical every-changing expansive view of the Georgia Strait and Coastal Mountains.  This spotless, cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is located on a peaceful beach and non-through road.  Enjoy the abundant sea life, eagles soaring, fresh ocean breezes, lovely gardens and spectacular sunrises and mountain reflected sunsets from abundant windows in the kitchen and frontroom, the master bedroom, the seaside perch, large deck and outside bath for 2.  The beach front area is accessed by 4 steps and is pebbly for great exploring with a sandy spot up close to the property for lying on beach towels or sitting around the camp fire (when fire regulations permit). This property is best suited to mature adults or a small family wanting to bask in the nurturing, healing ambiance of this special place. Up to 5 people is best and it's possible to have 2 extras. Neighbors are quiet, friendly and non intrusive.

The amenities include: 1 queen size bed in the master bed room with spectacular ocean views through new french doors, bunk beds (double on the bottom and single on the top) in second bedroom, 1 double fold out couch in the frontroom; 1 full bath with tub/shower combo plus an additional outside tub for two; open plan living/dining and fully equiped kitchen with  dishwasher and microwave; washer/dryer; woodstove with wood supplied; LCD HD TV with cable, Blue Ray DVD player located in front room and visible from Master bedroom; radio, cassette player, CD player; colour TV for viewing DVD's in 2nd bedroom,wireless internet connection for your laptop; BBQ;  various outside and inside games. Bath towels, bed linens and mattress covers supplied.  1 umbrella table for 4 and a deck side table for 4+; extra chairs for beach.

Summer 2011 Rates:

June 1-Labour Day 2011:
$1000 Canadian per week based on 5 or less $50 per person extra for more than 5 up to 7

Post Labour Day - June 1 $800 Canadian per week Max. 4 people


Christmas Dec. 24-31st. $1000 Canadian Max 4 people

Weekly rentals are generally Saturday to Saturday

Monthly rental  when available June 1st until Sept. 30th at $3000

Check out 11AM, Sat.

Nightly rentals(minimum of 3 nights) at $175 per night until after Labour Day

Nightly rentals (minimum of 3 nights) at $150 per night between post Labour Day and June 1st.

Payment information: 50% due at time of booking (non-refundable if canncelation is after 6 weeks prior to booking unless a replacement can be found)

When possible...Balance due 4 weeks prior to booked time along with $250 damage deposit (returnable within week after stay if all checks out)

NO CLEANING FEE!  Renters are asked to please leave Harmony Cottage as they found it, clean and tidy with thanks.
