Security Deposit of $600, require to secure the week, full week rental due 30 days of occupancy, Deposit will be refunded 15 days after vacancy inspection.

Cancelllation/Refund Policy: All cancellations must be made one month prior to scheduled occupancy. If cancellation is not made within that time frame half of the security deposit will be retained.
