Central air conditioning and filtered water are provided. Housekeeping service and grocery delivery available for small fee.

Located just one block from the bluff of the Mississippi and a beautiful walk of four blocks to historic Downtown Hastings, this mansion set in an ideal quiet small town beckons those looking for peace and relaxation. There are 12 miles of bicylce walking trails surrounding the town with 9 of those miles along waterway. Three rivers and two lakes offer boating opportunities and even fishing. Also a local swimming pool, YMCA, 8 golf courses, nature center and historic house museum are within blocks. An area famous for its agriculture boasts several wineries nearby, orchards, and bountiful berry picking. So quite naturally the farm market and food co-ops are bountiful.        

Typically we have a one week minimum. In a pinch if we are not rented on short notice we will do nightly rentals with two night minimum. We will also rent for corporate stays at a better rate depending on length of stay and company working for (some companies have negotiated a rate because of repeated referrals.)
