Vacation Rental Description

This is a beautiful  two bedroom/two bath/ one car garage multilevel 
condo in the heart of Juno Beach/Jupiter beach area. The master has 
expansive views of the beautiful blue ocean waters of the Atlantic. 
The unit has been completely redone in late 2004 with  brand 
new 
appliances in the kitchen,new full size washer and dryer, new hot 
water heater, as well as new air handler. 
There is also brand new furniture purchased at the beginning of 
2005. 
All couches fold out for additional guests. There is a dining table 
that sits four. There is a balcony with seating for up to three. 
There are two tv's with cable and a progressive dvd player, and 
avalable stereo.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The condo is only steps to the beach and centrally located to the 
areas amenities including golf, boating, and fishing. The Juno 
fishing pier is a short walk from the condo. There is a wonderful 
swimming pool and heated jacuzzi, tennis courts,close to shopping, 
and fine restaurants. If you want to be in the most desirable area 
of Palm Beach county and in the heart of Juno/Jupiter Beach area 
then Sea Colony is where you want to be located for the season. Call 
now before the season rush.

Tennis, jacuzzi, pool, gym, biking, boating, golfing all available 
within the area.

Vacation Rental Rates

This condo is available  furnished at $4000 for March and $3000 for April and forward
per month. All dates available for next season, as well. Rates are negotiable for this year depending on 
cancellations. Off-
season is available at $2000 per month.  There is a 1/4 month 
security 
deposit. There will be an application fee for the condo association 
and a $150 cleaning fee and applicable Florida state taxes. Please 
reserve early for this coming season.
