development of Crescent Lakes. Set in the heart of a conservation
area of lakes and natural forest, it’s the perfect way to relax and
unwind. It also provides the perfect location for all Orlando
attractions, restaurants, shops, golf courses and the beautiful
sands of Cocoa Beach are within easy reach. Backing onto a lake, our
villa offers free fishing and excellent views of the spectacular
Florida sunsets. Additionally, there are a number of children’s
playgrounds, basketball / volleyball and barbecue areas within
walking distance.
Our aim is to offer you Comfort, Luxury and Relaxation for the
perfect break, at a very affordable rate. A quality villa with
quality service you would expect.

These luxuriously appointed villas are beautifully presented with
upgraded furniture and fittings throughout and fully air-conditioned
to create a comfortable indoor climate.
With 2 bedrooms and bathrooms located on the ground floor ( 1
ensuite) it is an ideal choice for groups with elderly or less
mobile members.
Ground Floor
------------
Engulfed by the Florida sunshine, the living areas are bright
and spacious offering 3 sofas, 51” widescreen TV with cable
channels, DVD, Video and Stereo system, We also provide a selection
of DVD’s, Videos, Children’s toys and games for all ages.
There are 2 dining areas in each home providing ample room for
everyone.
The fully equipped ** Kitchens ** are complete with all modern
appliances, cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, etc.
The ** Utility ** areas have a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board
and clothes dryer.
The downstairs ** bedrooms ** offer a Queen bed Master Suite, a twin
room and there is also a second bathroom on the ground floor of each
home.
A further Queen sofa bed in the living area brings the comfortable
accommodation up to 16 people.
Both ** Games Rooms ** have an 8ft pool table, 7ft table hockey and
foosball for your enjoyment.
First Floor

The ** Snug Room ** has a TV with PS2, a selection of games, sofa
and beanbags – creating a relaxing and informal area.
** Master bedrooms ** have King Size bed, TV, two large walk in
wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with large shower and deep bath.
There are ** 4 further bedrooms ** consisting of a Queen, a Double,
2 Twins and an additional family bathroom in each home. One of the
Twin bedrooms is themed and will especially appeal to the children!
All bedrooms have Cable TV and ample storage space.
Outside
-------
The ** Pool and Patio areas ** have a larger that average deck
offering a superb pool (30x15) with raised Jacuzzi. The pool and
patio area are fully screened, allowing you to completely relax and
enjoy the sun or providing you the perfect setting to unwind at the
end the day watching those spectacular Florida sunsets.
If your group is larger than 32 we can help find additional
accommodation very close by.
