Our Large full furnished patio is perfect for family gatherings or relaxation. It sits along the peaceful Terrel creek that feeds into the bay. It's lots of fun to explore in a kayak, fish or just relax and enjoy the wildlife. A Herons Haven!

 Birch Bay is a family recreational area located in the Northwest corner of Washington State. Just 30 minutes south of Vancouver, BC and 2 hours north of Seattle,WA. We are known for our warm bay water, beaches w/ amazing variety  of animals you can find in our tide pools, excellent crabbing from late August - September. We have a huge selection of golf courses, botique shopping areas, wineries, ski mountains(Whisler- home of 2010 Olympics). We are a friendly community who loves to share what our home has to offer.

September 16 - June 14 :

• Monday-Thursday    $65/ per night
• Friday-Sunday         $85/ per night

 US Holidays Rates: Require(3) three night minimum.Please inquire for price.

Corporate Discounts Available:  Weekly /Monthly Rentals for out of town workers.

* Cleaning fee is an additional $60/per reservation. 

• Reservation Deposit: equal to 1/2 of the total balance for lodging & cleaning will be due to secure reservations and remaining balance due 30 days prior to check in (or) reservations made within 30 days of check In,  a full balance is due to secure reservations. Reservation will not be guaranteed until payment of registration deposit is received.
  All Rates are US funds.
  
• Damage Deposit: we require credit card information to hold until check out unless damage or extra cleaning is required (or) $800 damage deposit can be made thru paypal and money will be refunded in 3 days after check out unless damage or extra cleaning is require.
