This large 5-bedroom /4-bath villa is located in the famous Solana resort community, man-guard gated resort with beautiful resort amenities, off US 27 near RT 192, just 10 minutes from Disney world. The super Wal-Mart and many other stores and restaurants are all close by.
The villa has a large private pool and hot spa, screened with great privacy. There are two true master en-suites, one with king bed and one with queen bed. The other 2 bedrooms each has two twin beds. The fifth bedroom has a bunk bed, and share the third bathroom.
There is a separate living room and family room, a large full loaded kitchen with breakfast area, a dining room, and separate laundry room of washer and dryer.
There are total 4 TVs (one large LED TV) and cable in this villa, free high-speed internet and WiFi, DVD and phones. A game room with pool table and foosball.
The resort features a beautiful 4000 sqft club house with all facilities including a huge pool, recreation room, fitness center, volleyball courts, putting green, playgrounds, etc...
