Come stay with us! Britas Place is bright, airy and squeaky clean with a park like yard. This home sleeps 9 comfortably. Brita's Place has 3 bedrooms and every bedroom has it's own full bath..  Park your car, and turn off your cell phones, and enjoy the convienences of being only 4 blocks from downtown and only 5 short blocks from the beach. Brita's Place is in a quiet neighborhood so relax and read the paper on the deck and enjoy the fresh air.

South Haven specializes in fun! There are many festivals to choose
from, including the Harborfest over Fathers Day, The fantastic 4th
of July Fine Arts fair and fireworks, the garden walk and Festival
of Cars and, of course, the famous Blueberry Festival in August.

Stroll through the unique shops - visit the Michigan Maritime
Museum - Golf - both regular and Miniature Golf Courses - Roller

Movie Theater - sit on the beach - enjoy our "black squirrels" - or
go for a sunset sail on the "Friends Good Will"

Summer weekly rate $1475.00. Off season daily rates $150.00 per night with a 2 night minimum. 50% deposit is due within 10 days of reserving to hold the week. The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival date along with a $300.00 refundable security deposit. The security deposit is returned within 2 weeks of departure. Should cancellation be necessary, we charge a $75 flat fee. If the cottage can be rebooked for that week, all funds will be returned, less the $75 flat fee. If the cottage cannot be rebooked, all funds paid will be forfeited less the security deposit. We will provide a rental agreement at time of reservation. Check-in time is 3:00 pm EST Friday and check-out is 10:00 am EST the following Friday. Please clarify number in party when making inquiry.  Reservations for maximum capacity may require additional fees.  WEEKEND RENTALS AVAILABLE SEPT-MAY.
