Deposit: Security of $600. required to save the week. $125. fee for linens and cleaning which will be taken from security. Full week rental due 30 days prior to occupancy. Payment Options: Cashiers check or money order only. Check in 3:00pm. Checkout at 11:00am. 

All cancellations must be made one month prior to scheduled occupancy. if cancellation is not made within that time frame half of the security deposit will be retained.
