bedrooms, two baths home is complete with heated pool, Jacuzzi hot
tub, and also comes with its own private boat and boat dock. It is
located on a 120’ wide, sailboat access canal, just one minute to
the Caloosahatchee River. Either by land or by sea you are only a
short trip away from Captiva and Sanibel Islands, or out into the
Gulf of Mexico waters.
The Florida Room, and two of the bedrooms have disappearing sliding
glass doors which open up to the pool, screened lanai, and the
dock / patio area. The kitchen has a sliding glass window (with
pass through bar) that also opens to the lanai. Our house feels
very spacious and open, while at the same time offering a split
bedroom layout for privacy. The pool, Jacuzzi, and dock / patio
area are located on the western side of the house, assuring you of
wonderfully warm afternoons, and splendid sunsets.
The optional boat rental is for an 18' SEA CAT 180 CC, with a 115 hp
Suzuki engine. The SEA CAT's catamaran hull is perfect for cruising
the area canals, the Caloosahatchee River, as well as for boating to
Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, or Captiva Island. It is also
ideal for those who enjoy fishing.

Note:  Holiday charge of $500 for Christmas, New Year's and Easter weeks.  January, February, & March are usually rented on monthly basis.

Children 12 and under are always free.  Discounted MONTHLY RATES are available upon request, and are based upon seasonality and demand.
There is no additional charge for pets 10 lbs, and under.

Boat Rental:
·US $400.00 / week. $1200.00 / month.
·Boat use requires a one time check-out instruction of $140.00.
·Boat rental is required Jan - March & during certain holiday periods:
(Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, July 4th, etc.)

Other Charges:
·11% Local Tax
·Cleaning fee of US$125.00
A refundable security / damage deposit of US$500.00 (for weekly
rentals) or US$1000.00 (for monthly rentals) and signed contract
are required to confirm reservation.
Full rental payment is due 60 DAYS prior to arrival.
