This cozy  fully furnished end unit condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable.  This is a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo all on one level.  Very open and spacious.  The screened in back porch hass access from the family room and the guest bedroom and overlooks the Sawgrass Country Club Golf course.  There is room to breath here!  All bedrooms have a full bathroom (tub/shower combo) attached to the them.  The master is equipped with a King and the other 2 guest besdrooms both have twins.  Dining table seats 8  and there is room for 2 at the bar that opens from the kitchen to the dining and family room.  

Jacksonville Beach

Weekly rates  $1000 per week Winter and $1200 per week Summer.

Monthly rates $2400 per month Winter and $2500 per month Summer.

THE PLAYERS Championship $2400 for the week. 

All monthly rentals will have an electic cap of $125 per month.

Rates do not include tax, cleaning,  reservation fees and security deposit.  Rates subject to change for holidays and special events.
