Beautiful ranch home on the east side of the lake, 13409 rt 54 just 7 miles up from Hammondsport. Long private driveway with pine tree's on each side. Large open floor plan everything on one floor, large living room for everybody to sit and talk,large open kitchen with a side by side refridgerator and a smaller one right next to it and every thing else you might need in the kitchen. Family room with it's own tv.three bedrooms, one with 2 queen beds and it's own half bath, another with just a queen bed and also it's own half bath, one other bedroom with 2 twin beds and one den with a full sleeper. One full bath in hallway. Five sliding glass doors that lead to the 56' front deck with 2 tables and plenty of chairs, 20 ft. of the deck is covered with a nice roof with built in benches. You can walk down the grassy slope or use the steps to get to the 100 ft. of level beach or the permanent dock with plenty of room to tie off your boat or jet ski. In the evening you can sit on the beach and have a fire in the firering.

activities and attractions in Keuka Lake Finger Lakes
Of course there is swimming,skiing, fishing, boating, and jet skiing.
There are plenty of wine trails and vineyards all around Keuka lake
along with Seneca and Canandaigua lakes. There are 2 golf course within a 20 min.
drive to Penn Yan or Bath. The Curtiss Museum is right down the road in
Hammondsport, The Corning Museum of Glass is just a short 45 min drive.
And The Windmill, with 200 shops, is just up the hill. There is plenty of fine and
casual dining located around the lake with both boat and car access.
