Vacation Rental Description

This is a place where you will want to stay and keep returning to.  
You will find that this is not your typical vacation rental.  Our 
condo is located in the well maintained Seabridge South Complex in 
beautiful Ormond by the Sea, just steps from the beach.  Our condo 
is situated on the third floor and is an end unit, which provides 
more natural light and additional space.  To make your trip even 
more enjoyable and peaceful, this is a private and No Drive beach.  
There will be days when you feel you have this gorgeous beach all to 
yourself. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Living Area-  Our living room is beautifully decorated with wood 
flooring, a comfortable leather couch and an oversized leather 
chair.  There is a pine armoire that houses the TV with remote 
control and Cable.  We have also provided a DVD Player, VCR and a 
stereo with CD player for your watching and listening pleasure.  
There is a large sliding glass door that gives you access to the 
very inviting balcony that faces the ocean.  The balcony is newly 
painted and features a table and four chairs.  Our balcony is an 
ideal spot to sit and watch the sunrise, take in the ocean view to 
the north and to the south, watch a shuttle launch or to have a 
quaint dinner under the stars.

Dining Area-  Our dining area offers a table that seats four 
comfortably.  While you enjoy your meals you will be taking in the 
ocean view.

Kitchen-  Our kitchen offers recessed lighting, upgraded appliances 
such as a range, a self-cleaning oven, a mounted microwave, a 
dishwasher and a refrigerator with an ice maker.  You will find that 
the kitchen is equipped with all new dishes and silverware (service 
for 8).  The cabinets are stocked with glasses, pots and pans and 
cooking utensils.  You will also find a toaster oven, a coffee 
maker, a waffle iron and a blender.  There is a pantry closet with 
plenty of space and shelving.  Also in the kitchen is a desk area.  
Here you can jot down notes while on the cordless phone, write out 
postcards or search the local phonebook for a number.

Laundry Area-  The laundry closet is located in the entry way and is 
equipped with a full size washer and dryer.  We have provided an 
iron, an ironing board and a drying rack for clothes and wet 
towels.  This is where you would also find a vacuum, a broom, a mop 
and a dust pan should there ever be a need to tidy up.

Master Bedroom-  Our master bedroom offers ocean views, wood 
flooring and is ideal for a great nights sleep or an afternoon nap.  
The queen sized bed is complete with a Serta Perfect Sleeper 
Pillowtop Mattress.  One of the four pillows is bound to be just 
right to rest your head on.  The bed linens are top quality and 
certainly not what you would expect to find in your typical vacation 
rental.  There is a TV with a sleep timer, a remote control and 
cable.  There is also a VCR, a clock/radio and a telephone that have 
been provided.  There is a large walk-in closet with a shelving 
system that offers drawers, cubbies, a shoe rack and hanging space.  
Our master bathroom is brightly lit and equipped with a large walk-
in shower with a sliding glass door.  You will find tiled floors, an 
ample amount of clean bath linens and even a basket of supplies of 
items you may have forgotten to pack.

Second Bedroom-  Our second bedroom has wood flooring and features 
two twin beds.  This room also offers a large closet with a shelving 
system.  This bedroom is located next to the second bathroom.  In 
this bathroom you will find a bath/shower unit, and an ample amount 
of clean linens.

Beach Supplies-  There are two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach 
towels, a beach bag, suntan lotion and even some beach toys for 
children.

Telephone Service-  There is UNLIMITED LOCAL AND LONG DISTANCE PHONE 
SERVICE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.  There is a cordless phone in the 
kitchen with an answering system and another telephone in the master 
bedroom.

Air Conditioning/Heat-  The unit is equipped with both central heat 
and air conditioning for your comfort.

and directions.
