CLEANING FEES:   $85.00  For standard cleaning and may be subject to additional charges depending on the condition the unit is left in.

Rates are determined by housekeeping and subject to change.

Arrival          Check-in time:  3-5pm      Check-out time:   Before 10:30 am.

TAX:       State sales tax and county bed taxes are mandated by these agencies and are subject to change without notice.  You will be charged current tax percentages on your rental at check-in time.

50% Deposit of weekly/nightly rate due at time of booking.

$25 Non-Refundable Security/damage Waiver Fee

Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival for weekly reservations and 60 days for monthly rentals.  Prepayments are forfeited if cancellations are made after that time.  There is a $25 non-refundable administration fee for all confirmed reservations, and a $50 non-refundable administration fee for a cancellation.
