This estate offers you 3 Master bedrooms which have been modeled to make any person feel like royalty and of course each Master Bed includes A Master Bath. If you thought that wasn't enough the 3rd floor is a Master Suite of its own, with vaulted ceilings that open up to its very own balcony. You can see the ocean from just sitting on the bed in this room as well as from the balcony.  

Want to view the sunrise or sunset over the pacific ocean whenever you feel like? Now you can through the master suites ocean view balcony, or maybe you just want to have some personal time to relax. A Jacuzzi bathtub is at your service, add a romantic fireplace and your living a dream come true. Have a chief in the family? or want to be a chief for a day? Our kitchen in fully ready and ready for your every whim. The Kitchen is upgraded with hand picked custom granite, stainless steel appliances and a large center island to make plenty of room for cooking. Not Enough? How about you travel up through the 3rd floor up to the 4th! The 4th floor is the house's very own private sun bathing deck. Here you can take in the only 360 degree views of beautiful Huntington beach or relax and soak up the sun Orange County style. This is a one of a kind experience because this is the only house in Downtown that offers this 4th floor sun deck.

Occupancies more than 7 persons will be charged and extra $25/per person per night for a maximum total of 10 persons.

Please note: 
There is a $1500 refundable security damage deposit and a $250 non-refundable and non-negotiable cleaning & linen fee. 

Thanksgiving week requires a four night minimum stay. Fourth of July week and The US OPEN requires 7 night minimum stay. Christmas and New Years' weeks require five night minmun stay. Rates are subject to change without notice.
