This house is located on the very exclusive 2nd street Huntington Beach. The house is decked out with surround sound system and individual ipod decks in every room. This house consists of 4 bedrooms rooms and 2.5 baths. The rooms are fully furnished with high-end contemporary furniture to give you an extravagant and luxurious stay. The first master suite has a queen sized bed with a master bath attached. The second master suite is down a secluded hallway giving the room alot of privacy. This room is furnished with a queen sized bed.The master bath in this room has an extraordinary surprise, a full sized single standing bathtub (just like the movies) and if that’s not enough right next to the tub is a full sized glass enclosed shower with Kohler rain shower heads.This master suite has its own private sun room located on the whole 3rd floor. The down stairs living room is spacious and cozy enough to have those extra people spend the night. Everyone has a little chef inside and this is the time for you to show it. Stainless steel furnishings and wood grain cabinetry makes this kitchen a scene from your favorite cooking show.

Total Beds: (2 Queens, 2 Full, additional queen air-mattress is available upon request.)

Occupancies more than 8 persons will be charged and extra $25/per person per night for a maximum total of 10 persons.

Please note: 
There is a $1500 refundable security damage deposit and a $250 non-refundable and non-negotiable cleaning & linen fee. 

Thanksgiving week requires a four night minimum stay. Fourth of July week and The US OPEN requires 7 night minimum stay. Christmas and New Years' weeks require five night minmun stay. Rates are subject to change without notice.
