Welcome to Casa Mar Azul, our little piece of paradise located in the prestigious area of Key Colony Beach at mile marker 53.5.   We offer a gorgeous and luxourious, upscale 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath very large 1/2 Duplex home.  (Sleeps up to 8).  This is a fairly new home built in 2003.

Key Colony Beach is a tropical island paradise, located in the Heart of the Fabulous Florida Keys, with swaying palm trees and tranquil blue/green waters that will wash away your stresses of every day life! Your welcome to treat yourself to the Cabana Club's Large SwimmingPool, Beach on the Atlantic Ocean Side, tropical drinks and much more with our membership passes.  The Cabana Club offers free shuttle service to/from the Cabana Club daily.

Please take note! Our home is SMOKE-FREE and CLEAN and NO PETS PLEASE. WE HAVE FREE WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET!

Our vacation home is filled with high end furnishings.  The Master bedroom has a king sleigh bed & a large TV armoire with a private bath and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has twin beds. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides a 4th separate area for a total of 1 king, 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have TV's, radios & ceiling fans.

Enjoy your private 37.5 foot boat dock on a deep water, 100 foot wide canal, which has easy access to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf Of Mexico (Florida Bay)! Located near the Living Coral Reefs, you are only minutes from the best fishing, diving, boating, sunning, and sightseeing in the world!
There is Water, Dockside Electric Power, Dock Ladder, Thick Padded Dock Pilings to protect our boat and 2 Fish Fillet/Cleaning Tables at the dock.  We also have a Bait Freezer to store your chum and catch.

Your paradise rental includes the free use of our private "Cabana Club," which includes Ocean Beach, Hot Tub, Pool, Poolside Cocktail Lounge, and Snack Bar. The Cabana Club offers free shuttle service to/from our vacation rental home.  Our island offers three restaurants, marina (with boat charters and rentals), and activities of all types. Come, Relax and Enjoy the local culture, fresh seafood, tropical island sites and weather.

Marathon Airport is just 3 miles away and rental cars are available at the terminal. Key West Airport is a one hour drive and Miami is only 2 hours. There is also a Keys Shuttle Service operating daily from Ft. Lauderdale, Miami and Key West airports. If you don't want to rent a car, take the shuttle and our taxi services will take you anywhere on the island.
