Enjoy relaxing, eating, sitting in the screened in porch and listen to your favorite tunes on the outdoor speakers. Seawatch features a community pool, private beach access (both with bathroom facilities) and tennis courts. There is also a kids' room downstairs with air hockey, tv, games as well as a basketball goal on the driveway. Pet friendly with payment of a non-refundable pet fee, subject to restrictions.
