We have a beautiful home in the very desirable golf course community of Deep Creek, in the city of Punta Gorda, Charlotte County, Florida.

This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 2 car garage and it sits on a very spacious corner lot on a quiet street. The home was completely renovated in 2005 with ceramic tiles throughout and all furniture and appliances are included plus a huge lanai.

It is located less than 5 minutes from Exit 170 off I75 and the new Walmart store. 

The home is fully equipped with all furniture, appliances, bedding, utensils and linens. It has cable TV, phone and high speed internet all included in the rent.

Historic Punta Gorda is known for it's quaint downtown with it's fine restaurants, boutiques, art galleries and marinas. The Riverwalk winds it's way along the Peace River and Charlotte harbor past the new convention center and Gilcrest Park to the Fisherman’s Village Complex. Here you will find a huge variety of shops and restaurants and a marina. Nearby Murdock ( 10 minutes away ) offers a wide variety of shopping and dining. In a short 25 minute drive you will find Boca Grande, one of the finest white sand beaches in Florida! The Deep Creek Golf Club is located in the center of the community and is a 2 minute drive from the house. 

The monthly rate during January through April is $2200 and during December and May is $2000. Other times are available so please contact us for months and rates.
