Bedroom one has a bunk with a full bed on the bottom and twin on the top. There is also another twin bed. Full closet and 2 windows bring in lots of light and air.

The master has a king bed,  large windows, full closet and full bath. A ceiling fan is great for air flow. The bath has a tub/shower.

The main bath has a full shower.

The lower finished walkout level is light and has a 3rd full bathroom with a tub/shower.

The 3rd bedroom or suite has large windows facing the pond and a king and  twin bed. A full closet and lots of light.

The second family room has a slider out to the patio to enjoy the stars, relax and read a book while enjoying the pond. The room has a TV,  books, movies and games for all. Plenty of seating on the couches and chairs.

A washer/dryer is also located in the laundry area on the lower level for your convenience.  Just bring your sheets, the towels are provided and enjoy the rest.

Brewster is known as America's Sea Captains town. Beginning in the 1800's sea captains came to Brewster to relax and enjoy nature from their hectic work.

Nothing has changed since then, nature lovers and families enjoy this great centrally located cape town.  Travel to Provincetown up the mid cape highway or go west to Hyannis for shopping and shows. There's lots or little to do depending on your personal situation.

Golf, fish, swim, hike or bike the cape, there is always something to enjoy. Mini golf and ice cream there are just too many to mention.
