Beautiful Naples home with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. This lovely home has every amenity imaginable. Modern kitchen open to the family room, informal dining room overlooking the pool area, tiled counter tops, upgraded appliances. Formal dining room seats up to 8 guests comfortably. The family room has large entertainment center with flat screen TV and DVD player. The family room also has a working fire place.

The master bedroom is downstairs and has a King bed, large flat screen TV,  and DVD player. The bathroom has granite countertops, cherry cabinetry and California style closets. There is a jacuzzi tub with it's own small TV and the shower has dual rain heads.

As you walk upstairs you are met by an open foyer that is your media center. Flat screen TV (for game paying only), Wii, video games and much more for those young and old. There is a desk upstairs for computer access (WI-FI) for those that must work during their vacation.There are two bathrooms upstairs one being a Jack and Jill with tub and shower combination in both. Both also have granite counter tops.

A lovely screened in patio with a pool and spa awaits you outside. There is a wonderful seating area with a sofa, love seat and chaise lounge as well as a patio table and chairs. The pool itself has a sheer descent feature and the pool light changes color at night when turned on. A BBQ is provided for those that like to spend their vacations more outside than in.

Off the family room there is also a lovely terrace with a quite seating area or even sunning area.

Berkshire Lakes is a wonderful community and is within walking distance to shops. grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks Coffee and much more. The beach and downtown Naples 5th Ave and 3rd street are aproximately 3-5 miles from the house. There is a walking/jogging and bike trail in the cmmunity as well as a seperate Clubhouse and  pool.

Germain Arena featuring Hockey games, concerts and Ice skating.

Imaginarium in Ft Myers.
