Beach Bungalow in Indialantic

The Beach Bungalow is a unique set of very private oceanfront garden
villas that we've owned and been improving on for 20+ years. Ann and
I have used our boat building and design backgrounds to create very
comfortable and well appointed beach homes in the heart of the
oceanfront of our little beach town.
Our location just down the beach from our little boardwalk area can't
be beat. The villas are very private, the beach is lifeguarded much
of the year, and amenities like the best seafood restaurant in the
county are only a couple of blocks away. Plus we'll hook you up with
our friendly local seafood wholesaler for great shrimp, mahi, snapper
and all sorts of good stuff.
And if you don't like leaving your dog behind, you don't have to.
Each villa has a fully fenced private garden and the hardwood and
terracotta tile flooring inside are dog heaven. Unlike most dog
friendly places, we specifically designed our villas to be very dog
friendly while still being very, very clean.
Many of our guests have been coming back for years and consider their
favorite villa their own beach home.

The Bungalow has everything you'll need for a great beach vacation.
Along with the first class furnishing, custom hardwood staircases,
exotic tile work and incredible direct oceanfront views; each villa
also has it's own private tropcial garden with palms, flowers, and an
in ground spa.
The villas come stocked with everything you'll need short of a
bathing suit. Each villa has beach towels, chairs, toys, body
boards, and umbrellas; along with multiple sets of linens and towels
for each bedroom and bath. Plus each villa has a full size
washer/dryer.
The 1500 sqft villas have full kitchens stocked with everything but
food. There are satellite TVs with DVD players in each living room
and master suite, and there's a cd player in the living area.
Other than your own clothing and food, if it's not there, you don't
need it, or we'll get it for you.
We fully understand how important a good vacation is and we do
everything possible to cater to our guests and ensure that your stay
at the beach is full of good memories.

There is no end to activities including swimming, surfing, body
boarding, surf casting, river and lake fishing, airboat rides, bike
riding, shell hunting and even treasure hunting! Mel Fisher made his
first major find of Spanish gold doubloons just down the beach from
the Bungalow and people are still finding more coins and artifacts
today.
Plus, in the summer, the largest turtles in the world crawl up on our
beach at night to pay their eggs. It's quite a sight and a great
educational experience for the kids.
At our Beach Buddies page on our website at we have listings for all
sorts of activites like surfing lessons, ariboat rides, fishing, and
horseback riding; and if you've got a special request we probably
know just how to accommodate it.
When it's all said and done though, the best activity is just sitting
on the beach in front of the Bungalow watching the waves roll in.
We want the Bungalow to become your beach home as it is for so many
of our guests.

Our luxurious oceanfront garden villas are fully icensed and can sleep up to 8 people.
Our rates range from $900 to $2000/week, depending on villa, length of
stay, number of people, and time of year.

Rates do not include the 11% FL tax.
