Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath family home offered to you for your vacation. Located in the heart of South Mission Beach this home away from home was built in 2006 and has been maintained "like new" by the owners. Conveniently Located 1 house from the ocean you can easily return to and from the beach as well as local markets and restaurants/bars.

The balcony off each bedroom and dining room are perfect for your morning coffee or an afternoon of relaxing and reading your favorite book. There is a roof top deck with lounge chairs for sunbathing, table and chairs and umbrella for dining, games and socializing. There are 2 Adirondack chairs for relaxing and taking in the 360 degree view of the Pacific, La Jolla, Point Loma and Mission Bay.

Sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom/bath suite, a queen bedroom with bath and a bunk room with a full and twin bed. There is an ELECTRONIC ARCADE in the bunk room WITH NEARLY 100 DIFFERENT GAMES sure to entertain the kids for hours.  

"There is no place else that my family would want to be than at our home in Mission Beach. We have the best of all worlds. Steps off the boardwalk and beach, a couple blocks from Belmont Park and a constant breeze from the ocean. What we do NOT have are people constantly walking by our place, looking in windows or the noise associated with a busy beach. We have PRIVACY. The furnishings and features were selected to meet our wants and needs. The home to us is very comfortable and even luxurious. We want for nothing when we are here. Our family spends most of the summer here, where we play and I can work as need be. The best feature for me is the rooftop observation deck. Look south to Point Loma, north to La Jolla, east to Mission Bay and west to the Pacific Ocean. I can layout and enjoy the sun in private and if I want a drink and something to eat, it is only a few steps away. At night, we watch the fireworks from Sea World. Belmont Park Roller Coaster with lots of kiddie rides and games,
Close to restaurants and shopping. water sports rentals are
plentiful, ocean fishing boats are 2 minutes away. La Jolla is 10
minutes away. Mexico is just 30 minutes south and there are
beautiful mountains and the Anza/Borrego desert 1 hour to the east.

August 1- September 5 @ $3900.00 per week

September thru  May @ $2500.00- $3500.00 per week

Rates have a $10.5% tax added

$500.00 security deposit

$175.00 cleaning fee is deducted from security deposit at the end of your stay

Payment Policy: 1/2 rent and security deposit due at time of booking. Payment in full due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancelation Policy: If canceled more than 90 days from arrival date, the rent will be returned. If able to rebook the dates, rent and 1/2 security will be returned. If canceled less than 90 days and unable to rebook the dates, the entire security deposit and rent collected thus far will not be returned. If able to rebook the dates, rent and 1/2 security deposit will be returned.
