Carolina Sun in Holden Beach

The Carolina Sun has been our family beach home since it was built nearly 30 years ago. It has been maintained impeccably and recent additions include a renovated kitchen and new deck on the back of the house. The property is second row and there is no house on the oceanfront so there is a clear, beautiful view of the water.

You can also see the Carolina sun and moon from the second floor observation room of this 4 bedroom/2 bathroom Boulevard home with (3Q, 2T). Covered front porch with ocean view and beach access across the street. Direct TV, DVD/VCR and AM/FM/CD stereo. Washer, dryer and dishwasher. Bed linens provided by owner (does not include towels). The open floor plan is great to be able to enjoy everyone's company whether you are watching TV or cooking dinner.

It's only an hour drive north to Wilmington and an hour south to Myrtle Beach - both very fun, family towns with lots to do.

Mar 6-May 1, 2010            $1,000 weekly; $150-200 nightly
May 1-Sept 11, 2010        $1,325 weekly; $175-225 nightly

Nightly (2 night min) and monthly rates available (see rates above and inquiry with owner for specific dates). Rates do not include 13.75% tax or refundable security deposit of $300. $150 deposit due at reservation. Balance due prior to start of rental. Deposit non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of rental start date. Payment accepted by Pay Pal (fees paid by renter) or check sent to owner (for free).
