This house has a spacious interior  (The Greatroom) with 4 bedrooms off to one side and is great for weddings and birthday parties  becuase everybody can gather in the interior section, and sit at the bar or the couches.

There are ten twin beds altogether they can be used as singles or moved together for 5 double beds.

There is a convertible couch and an aero-bed that inflates automatically.(Anything else inflatable bring your own).

Back yard is enclosed with a lawn and patio covered with a roof.

Plenty of parking 2 in garage 2 on driveway, plenty of parking on street with few cars in a safe quiet neighborhood.
