 This is a beautiful A-frame vacation home located on the North Fork Channel between Long Island and O'connor's point, leading minutes away to Indian Lake's open waters. This rental has wonderful wood accents with large chalet style master suite, very comfortable!  

·   The Master Suite is a full size bedroom suite with a private air conditioner. Second bedroom is queen size private bedroom on first floor with a fan. The living room has a futon, two sofas, a window air conditioner, ceiling fan, fireplace, Large TV with cable and DVD player. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination with soft water.  Kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, and kitchen utensils, with a conventional oven. 

          Patio doors lead to an outdoor area deck on rear of home with BBQ grill, fire pit and patio furniture for your enjoyment.

·         New large fishing docks on channel just steps away.  Large children’s playground with swings, slide and 2 story playhouse. Lots of shade trees, picnic tables, and a play area with corn hole, and volleyball games available.

·         A deluxe covered boat dock with an electric lift can is available for rent also. The channel is very picturesque. It is filled with lots of wildlife to observe. You can also enjoy fishing in the channel, taking it nice and easy. You will be only  minutes away from the open waters of Indian Lake. 

·         Plenty of parking.

·         A non-smoking home.  Smoking is only permitted outdoors. 

·         Pets are not permitted.
