home is perfect for 2 families as it has 2 master suites. The open
plan tiled living room overlooks the pool and is furnished to
a high standard with sofas, TV, silks.
The first master suite offers a king size bed with en-suite bathroom,
TV and laminate wood floor.
The second master suite has a queen size bed with en-suite bathroom,
TV and laminate wood floor.
The two guest bedrooms offer 2 twin beds in each, with laminate wood floors, nightstand and closets.
A family bathroom serves these guests.

The kitchen overlooks the lounge area and is very well equipped with
all modern equipment :- stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator,
toaster, coffee maker etc. A washer and dryer are also supplied in the home. A full
complement of linens and towels are supplied for the guests.

The pool deck is very private with comfortable loungers for your relaxation.
The pool has the added facility of electric heating
for the cooler months at a nominal charge.

The house is equipped with hi-speed internet access for the guests' use.

Depending on the season, rates start at $100 per night to $130 per
night, plus tax. We require a security deposit which is refunded
upon successful completion of the rental.

Pool heating in the winter months is an optional extra at $100 plus
tax per week.
