Privately set in the Linderhof Resort area, only 2 minutes to Storyland... close to everything, yet secluded from main area!
Convenient location is close to many restaurants and pubs with lots of live entertainment, and also close to lots of great shopping!
This spacious home is very well maintained and has plenty of room for everyone.
Fully equipped/stocked kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, griddle, toaster, dinnerware, bakeware, etc. Dining area with big table as well as breakfast bar.
Family room has plenty of comfy seating(incl pull out sectional sofa), Bar w/barstools, foosball table, 50 inch HDTV, woodstove.
Open floor plan on both floors is perfect for entertaining guests and family!
The bedrooms are arranged as follows:
Bedroom #1- one queen bed
Bedroom #2 - one queen bed
Bedroom #3- TWO sets of full size solid bunkbeds (suitable for children OR adults)
Bedroom #4 - one queen futon and also another TV with X-box
