Convenient location is close to many restaurants and pubs with lots of live entertainment, and also close to lots of great shopping!
This spacious home is very well maintained and has plenty of room for everyone.
Fully equipped/stocked kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, griddle, toaster, dinnerware, bakeware, etc. Dining area with big table as well as breakfast bar.
Family room has plenty of comfy seating, Bar w/barstools, foosball table, 50 inch HDTV, woodstove.
Open floor plan on both floors is perfect for entertaining guests and family!
The bedrooms are arranged as follows:
Bedroom #1- one queen bed
Bedroom #2 - one queen bed
Bedroom #3- TWO sets of full size solid bunkbeds (suitable for children OR adults)

In spring,summer and fall months, you'll love how close we are to area attractions:
2 minutes to Storyland, 6 minutes to Attitash alpine/water slides, pool area, 10 minutes to Echo Lake swimming/beach and picnic area, minutes to family canoeing or tubing on the Saco River... try one of of the miniature golf courses in the area.
June and July go strawberry picking at Shartners Strawberry Field!
Take a day trip to Santa's Village, Six Gun City, Whales Tale Water Park, Clark's Trading Post.. just to name a few places!
