and AM-PM store just down the hill. Downtown Ensenada and all of its day and night action is only
two miles away or a five minutes drive.
Everything is near you and yet you will have enough seclusion, privacy,comfort and safety to enjoy
your vacation near downtown Ensenada.

Telephone and a monitored alarm system with panic button hooked up with the local police 24-7, a modern and fully equiped kitchen with all the necessary utencils and dishes for cooking, washer and dryer, TV, VCR/DVD player and a Stereo Sound System.
Barbecue grill, table, chairs and umbrella on the main terraze with the best view of the city, ocean
and the port.
Plenty of parking space inside the property at the bottom of the lot with walls and gates around it.
There is space for one car in the front of the house inside the fence.
There will be a handy man who will welcome you when you arrive, and who will be available to help
you with any problems you may have with just a phone call day and night.
We can provide pick up service from the San Diego and Tijuana airport if needed as well as a
Tourist Guide to your doorsteps upon request for a reasonable fee.

Public beach near by, five blocks away, with horses and bikes for rent to ride on the beach.
Lots of Mexican Arts and Crafts stores in the downtown area with tons of fine restaurants to pick
and choose some with live music and sidewalk full service on the main "Primera" First Street.
The walk way along the "Bahia de Ensenada" with shops, movie theaters and private boats
displays including the various Cruise Ships. The famous "Fish Market" and daily departures of
Fishing Boats from this area of the port. You may rent quads-motorcycles in front of the port to
cruise in the downtown area or take a fun tour in a "Calandria" horse carriage for a romantic and
fun ride.
The exciting and fun night life in downtown Ensenada is one of the highlights you can't miss with
lots of fine restaurants and famous and hot night clubs to enjoy with your friends. Some of these
night clubs stay open until 4:00 a. m. on weekends.
All of this in just a five minutes drive from the house or if you prefer there are bilingual taxy
services available with just a phone call.
If you are looking for the Ensenada Downtown Activities and/or action, we are the closest and
nicest vacation house for rental in town. The house is only two miles south of the Giant Mexican
Flag Monument in the middle of downtown Ensenada.
The world famous nature wonder Blow-Hole "La Bufadora" is only a 40 minutes drive from the house.

$200.00 Dollars a night on weekends Friday through Sunday night and $150.00 Dollars Monday through
Thursday night or $1,300.00 Dollars a week + $50.00 Dollars
for cleaning fee and a refundable security deposit.
Rates may be slightly lower or higher depending on the season of the year, holidays or special

Must reserve, be able to sign a rental agreement and pay in advance via check, electronic transfer,
paypal or credit card. Some of these requirements may be waved if you are a repeat guest.
Renter will be required to leave a refundable deposit of $200.00 dollars which will be reimbursed
after inspection of the property and telephone charges are calculated.
