Vacation Rental Description

Up on the hills of beautiful Ensenada, brand new 3 bedroom Dream Vacation House with balcons in 
every bedroom and a large terrace overseeing the ocean, the port and the city. 
Watch the beautiful Cruise Ships in and out of the bay day and night.
There is a studio room that may sleep two more confortably for a total capacity of 8 adults.
The house has a new security fence around it with lock-gates and a monitored alarm system with land 
telephone available. 
Beautiful furniture in every room and a modern fully equiped kitchen.  
The house is located in a nice exclusive neighborhood with groceries stores, farmacies, gas station 
and AM-PM store just down the hill. Downtown Ensenada is only three and a half miles away.
Everything is near you and yet you will have enough seclusion, privacy, safety and comfort to enjoy 
your vacation.   

Vacation Rental Amenities

Telephone and a monitored alarm system hooked up with the local police 24-7, fully equiped kitchen 
with all the necessary utencils and dishes for cooking, TV, VCR/DVD player and Stereo Sound System.
Plenty of parking inside the property with walls around it.
There will be a handy man who will welcome you as you arrive and also be available to help with any 
problems you may have with just a phone call day and night.

Activities and Attractions

Public beach near by, five blocks away, with horse rentals to ride on the beach. Lots of Mexican 
Arts and Crafts stores in the downtown area along with plenty of fine restaurants to pick and 
choose.The walk way along the "Bahia de Ensenada" with shops, movie theaters and private boats 
displays including the various cruise ships. The famous "Fish Market" and daily departures of 
Fishing Boats from this area of the port.
Exciting and live night life in downtown Ensenada with lots of fine restaurants and night clubs. 
All of this in just 5-10 minutes drive from the house.

The nature wonder Blow-Hole "La Bufadora" is only a 30 minutes drive from the house.

Tourist Guide to your doorsteps, upon request, for a reasonable fee.

Vacation Rental Rates

$250.00 Dollars a night on weekends, mimimum two nights or $1,250.00 Dollars a week + $50.00 Dollars 
for cleaning fee. 
Rates may be slightly lower depending on the season of the year and/or holidays.

Must reserve, sign a rental agreement and pay in advance via check, electronic transfer, paypal or 
credit card. 
Renter will be required to leave a refundable deposit of $200.00 dollars which will be reimbursed 
after inspection of the property and telephone charges are calculated.
