You can rent our 2-bedroom, 2-bath, mile-high condo on a daily or weekly basis using our "direct, from owner plan".  This type of rental can save you up to 40% from rental company rates. While some may think the view is the most incredible amenity, we don't stop there. SugarTop offers a refreshing indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and exercise room for all of its residents and guests. Other amenities include steam room, whirlpool and twenty-four hour security and front desk service.

Located exactly 5,281 feet above sea level on the 3rd floor atop Sugar Mountain, you will be overlooking the ski slopes of Sugar Mountain and Banner Elk and breathtaking views of Beech Mountain

Your unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with tub, shower and new vanities. The newly furnished master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath.  The second bedroom offers a twin daybed with a twin popup trundle (put them together for a king size bed). The living room has a full size, pull out sofa bed. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with all new stainless steel appliances, beautiful wood cabinets, new flooring and granite countertops. The dinning room seats 6 and adjoins the family room where you can enjoy the electric fireplace year 'round. We have also installed all new flooring throughout the condo.
And, you'll get the unbelievable mountain views from every window!

*All rentals, regardless of number of nights, are required to pay a $60 cleaning fee in addition to the room rental.

Absolutely no pets and no smoking. Deposit will be withheld if pets or smoking are found in the unit.

We do not charge a booking or an administrative fee.
 

Reservation Instructions
To make a reservation we ask for full payment of room rental, cleaning fee ($60), and damage deposit ($250).  Payments are due 30 days prior to check-in date in order to lock in your requested dates. (Your $250 damage deposit will be refunded in full if no damage is done.) Complete a Registration Form.

Cancellation Policy and Penalties
Reservation  cancellations must be in writing either by mail or email. If reservation is cancelled
less than 21 days before the scheduled check-in date, 50% of the room rental payment is forfeited.  If reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before scheduled check-in date, 100% of room rental  payment is forfeited.  We cannot be responsible for weather.

Daily housekeeping is not provided. Absolutely no pets and no smoking. Deposit will be withheld if pets or smoking are found in the unit.
