House is great for large families. 2 bedrooms on 1st floor and 3 bedrooms plus loft on 2nd floor. Beautiful view of lake from back porch. Includes cable, internet service, garabage pickup. House has gas heat, public sewer and public water.
Dock for boat, water very clear and perfect for children.
