Summer beach shuttle stops out-front for beach access convience.This lovely, fully equipped end-unit has been recently upgrade and includes 2 decks, pond view, multiple TVs, DVD, and internet access! All bedrooms are upstairs and are nice size rooms with queen bed and ceiling fan in the master and twins and twin bunks in the other rooms. It has a washer and dryer on the bedroom level! Kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, microwave and dishwasher. It is fully equiped with dishes, utensils, etc. It has a heat pump heating and cooling system under maintenance contract.
The Sea Colony experience includes many recreational amentities such as multiple indoor and outdoor pools and Tennis courts (with pro instruction available), golf, fishing lakes and ponds, joggng/biking paths and health clubs with sauna and hot tubs! Summer weeks and Spring and Fall weekends available at discount prices--book now for best prices!! Prices start at $700 and range up to $1625 per week in high summer season!
