Perched on a stunning cliff above its own private beach on Padaro Lane, adjacent to Montecito, this property will speak to you and say “you are home” when you enter the gracious, completely open wood floored living, dining and kitchen areas. The vaulted ceiling, windows and glass doors flood this house with natural light and then draws the eye to the fabulous 50 yard lawn which slopes down to miles of stunning private beach.

This Cape Cod style home was newly remodeled in 2008 and is available for the first time. It has a new sumptuous Master Suite with a king-sized bed, large bathroom and walk in closet. The two guest bedrooms are furnished with new two double beds each and fine linens in a style reflecting the proximity to the beach and ocean. The home sleeps 6 comfortably.

Each bedroom has its own luxurious bathroom and there is a half bath for guests. The property is gated and fenced and has covered parking for 2 cars and additional space for another 4 car.

This beautifully furnished property has the feel of casual elegance throughout. The Master Bedroom has French Doors opening onto the patio and stunning lawn that stretches down to the stairs and the private beach. There is a 52” HDTV in the bedroom and TVs in all the other bedrooms as well as in the living/great room.
The fireplace in the living room is wood burning and there is a large supply of precut wood available along the fence in the front of the house.

The covered back patio has two sets of tables and chairs which make it convenient to serve meals al fresco or just sit and have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine as the sun hovers over the horizon providing you with stunning sun rises and sun sets.

Cooking is a dream in Padaro Paradise’s gourmet kitchen which is fully stocked with cook ware and china. There is a fresh food Country Market just at the end of Padaro Lane and a full service Von’s just minutes away in Carpinteria. Our Concierge Service* can provide you with a Master Chef or anything else you may need for yourself or for entertaining.
