Villa California in Nice

Beautiful Provencal Villa "Villa California" with fantastic panoramic view from the house and the swimming pool, recently remodeled and nicely decorated.  Three bedrooms downstair & bathroom with shower + tub + bidet & toilet, and a beautiful terrace looking at the panoramic view, plus 1 bedroom on the second floor with leaving and dining room, kitchen and second bathroom with shower & tub + independent toilet.  One small terrace on second floor looking at the French Alpes and Mediterranean sea, patio backyard in the back with outdoor seating cover patio with big table, outdoor kitchen with small frige & barbecue and beautiful pool with an island with panoramic view.  The house is located outside Carros Village "small Medieval Town", at 500 meters in altitude, only 25 minutes away by car  from Nice Airport, 45 minutes away by freeway to Cannes, and 35 minutes away by freeway to Monte Carlo.  You can go to do your grocery shopping in the town of Carros (down the valley, 10 minutes away by car) - The Villa is located in a very quiet area, near many hiking trails, close to the Medieval "Town" Le Broc where you can walk in the morning to the Cafe to have your "Fresh croissant et Cafe au Lait" or have before lunch your "aperitif".  During your stay, a car is a necessity.  In winter, the house is only 1h30 minutes from "Isola 2000" a ski resort.

Car porch (2 cars) - Swimming pool - Outside kitchen & bar with cover patio and gaz barbecue.  Dish washer - Washer -  Two TV, one in master bedroom and the other in leaving room - Laptop with internet access - We supply all the linens, dishes & silverware.  Three terraces with extraordinary view of the Valley, French Alpes and Mediterannean Sea.

Beautiful trails starting from the house.  Golf 20 minutes away - Casinos in Nice or Monte Carlo. Rock climbing, fishing , museums, boating, sailing.  Only 25 minutes away from Saint Paul De Vence "Medieval town" full of galeries.   If you want peace, you stay for a quiet evening at the house with friends around the pool, if you want fun, you can go down the valley to go to restaurant and dancing in Saint Laurent du Var or Nice.... Both world is available to you.

Low Season : From 1900 Euros a week up to 2300 Euros a week in high season.  A 100 euros cleaning fee a week to be paid directly to the cleaning Lady at arrival, as well as 250 euros for breakage that will be refunded at departure if everything is in good order.  If you do not want to cook, Rita the key keeper who is a fantastic cook, for a fee, can make a great meal for you and your family  (all the vegetables are "organic" from her garden). In winter, an additional 200 euros a week is requested for utilities (Electric heaters in ech room).
