Vacation Rental Description

This antique farm house is situated on 35 acres with over an acre of beautiful lawn, a 
perfect setting for children to run wild.It is one mile from sandy Lincolnville beach,the 
Isleboro ferry and several restaurants including the famous Lobster Pound.Megunticook 
lake is a 5 minute drive with a great swimming beach and float.
 The property abuts Camden Hills State Park and the Bald Rock hiking trail is a 5 minute 
walk from the house a beautiful walk to the top with views of the entire Penobscot Bay and 
all the Islands.
 Downtown Camden is a 10 minute drive (a nice distance if you want to be close to but not 
in the thick of the bustle and crowds)
  Belfast is about the same distance in the opposite direction.
 This listing is perfect for a large family with kids or several families vacationing together, 
as there are 3 double beds one single bed and a king size in the three bedrooms in the 
house and 6 bunk beds in the attached "kids room" 
which has a television and dvd/video player, couches and plenty of "flop space" of their 
own.
 The kitchen has a gourmet 7 burner stove and new concrete counter tops.
The bathroom has a 6" clawfoot tub and shower. And there is a beautiful outdoor shower 
perfect for rinsing off the sandy kids after a day at the beach or lake.

Island ferry (a great day trip on bicycles) 2 mins.
Belfast 15 mins

Ocean and sandy beach 2 mins.

Vacation Rental Rates

          The rates are $1200.00 per week through out the summer months. ie. june-mid 
september with a 25% deposit needed at the time of reservation.A $250.00 securtity deposit 
required upon arrival.
 The house will be available on a monthly rental basis after sept.15th for $1000.00 per 
month unfurnished or $ 1,200.00  furnished.
