Stays less than one week are not accepted and special monthly rates are available for bookings of 21 days or more.

All bookings will incur a cleaning charge of US$150.

Bookings are held for 3 working days until receipt of deposit (15%).

The final balance plus a security deposit of US$250/$500 (weekly/monthly) is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company upon check-out.
