America. Just a few miles north is Bahia Honda State Park, voted one of
the most beautiful beaches. Directly across from the open waters, this private
area has tropical landscaping and fantastic sunsets. Around the corner from
the open gulf and the Content Keys, great location for fishing, snorkeling,
diving and other watersports. 30 miles away from Key West makes this house
the perfect getaway. Water access to the ocean and Gulf. Canal access for boats no bigger than 30ft.

Great house with great amenities!

This house is EXACTLY as advertised! Very clean, very spacious, close to everything you need and quiet to boot! Canal access in the back is very convenient. Kayaks were a lot of fun. Quiet streets to walk/jog on, nice food store 5-10 min away, nature trails even closer & Bahia Honda State Park is a short drive away. Or, head South to Key West for nightlife, etc. You will not be disappointed here! Excellent rooms, bathrooms, TV's, AC, (the list goes on and on...). I would definitely come back and highly recommend this house!

A Jewel in the Lower Keys

As the title suggests, this wonderful house is a jewel in the Lower Keys. From the well appointed four bedrooms to the oversized kitchen to the boat slip that leads directly to Gulf of Mexico this home offers everything a family or two families needs to enjoy and discover the beauty of the Keys. The property is less than 15 minutes away from Bahia Honda Key and all of the recreation and water sports that this state park offers and is less than an hour away from Key West. As far as communing and cohabitating with nature, it seemed like Big Pine Key's population of Key Deer centered on the community and at night - with so little light pollution - the entire Milky Way opened up to us. As an added bonus, a well-stocked Winn Dixie is minutes away and for teens and others who devour pizza, Pizzaworks offers real handmade New York style wheels of goodness.

We without hesitation recommend the vacation haven and look forward to returning to it soon.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

My family and I spent time recently at this vacation house and it was greatly accommodating. Everything we needed was right at out disposal and the location was wonderful. The house offered just the right amount of privacy and convenience. Located in the "Key Deer Refuge" we were able to explore the local wild life and with access to the canal boating couldn't have been any easier. It is just a short distance from the local grocery store and bait shop which was a greatly appreciated time saver. As well all of the other islands were well within reach with out expending much effort organizing smaller day trips. Every detail in renting this home was a joy, from scheduling our visit to cooking breakfast in the mornings and spending long evenings on the patio. It was a great choice for both the adults and the children in our party and we can't wait to plan our next visit!
