vacation rental description
We are in a terrific private location in the Beach Dreams community with grassy areas on either side of the cottage and very near the upper pool, which is occupied much less than the main pool. The cottage is new and clean and has a nice nautical decor. Very comfortable and everything you need is right there.

The main attraction in the town of Wells is its miles of sandy beach that are very family friendly. There are also numerous restaurants which range from very casual to extremely gourmet. Dozens of antique shops line the streets of Route one. Ogunquit is minutes away and for shoppers you are a short 30 min drive to either Kittery or Freeport for outlet shopping.

Weekly rentals begin at the end of June ($950) plus a 7% Maine sales tax and nightly rentals are available in early June or September ($100 - $150 nightly). Early June and September bookings discounted to $750 a week, May and October $600/wk and $75 a night
